Inside the Atelier
The Seven Seas Deco Panel campus in Maharashtra — presses, sanding lines, veneer stores and the people who run them. Walk through it below, or in person.
The Two-Minute Tour
Before you visit, watch the film — from a raw flitch arriving at the gate to a sequence-numbered carton leaving dispatch. Everything in between happens in one building, under one quality system.
Stop by Stop
Five stations, forty-five minutes — every guided visit follows the same route the wood takes.
The Seven Seas Deco Panel campus sits in green countryside — logs arrive at one gate, sequence-numbered cartons leave from the other.
Flitches and pressed panels rest in the store, stacked by species and lot — every bundle graded leaf by leaf, by hand and eye.
Multi-daylight hydraulic presses bond veneer faces onto backings under heat — where loose leaves become panels ready for site.
Every pressed panel passes the wide-belt sander — calibrated, smoothed and checked for thickness before it moves to finishing.
Bookmatching, sheet-by-sheet checks against the approval sample, sequence numbering and export-grade packing.
Tours end in our library of 500+ finishes, where you can pull sheets, compare tones and take samples home.
